I placed the order in late May and have not yet received the order. When I look up the tracking number that was provided for FedEx, it states that the there is no record of the tracking number. We are disappointed in how long this process has taken and the fact that we received an e-mail that the order was fulfilled, but we never received the order.

Usually the tracking information starts updating when it arrives at the destination country.
